HOUSING & INFRASTRUCTURE

The Housing and Infrastructure Action Group aims to improve housing availability, energy efficiency, and community safety in Northern Devon by reducing housing waiting lists, balancing the mix of homes, raising Energy Performance Certificate ratings, and lowering crime rates compared with Devon averages.

Housing & Infrastructure

The Housing and Infrastructure Action Group works to ensure that everyone in Northern Devon has a safe and warm place to live, while fostering vibrant, diverse, connected, resilient, and inclusive communities. We aim to make the best use of our natural and built environment, gathering insights from local stakeholders and residents to help shape housing strategies through the Northern Devon Futures Board. We also champion our unique land and seascapes, using them to support social and economic wellbeing.
