One Northern Devon (OND) as part of the LCP, is at the forefront of tackling inequalities in health and wellness through coordinating partnership approaches to deal with the wider determinant of health and is person and place focused.
One Northern Devon drives Northern Devon Future’s health and wellbeing vision as part of ‘healthy, prosperous and sustainable’ mission and aims to align system based health and wellbeing strategies to place based and community development opportunities, to better support the health and wellbeing of our residents.
